What Has Changed

The most significant update concerns lowering registration thresholds for certain substance categories from 10 tonnes per year to 1 tonne per year, bringing an estimated 12,000 additional substances into scope across the EU.

Turkey KKDIK Alignment

Turkey continues its phased alignment with EU REACH through the KKDIK regulation. Companies exporting to Turkey must ensure their Turkish Authorised Representatives have submitted all required dossiers.
